FAQ

Q> What is the age requirement for an invited guest?

A> The age limits of the event are the same for all participants, including guests.

Q> Do I have to pay online?

A> No,  you can pay by check.   Make the check out to HSP and mail it to:
         HSP
         PO Box 1260
         Nixa, MO. 65714

Q> I just registered with a guest, does the guest need to register separately?

A> Yes, your guest(s) will need to register online at http://www.hsprom.com/events as well.  They aren't actually registered to attend the event until they have completed the online registration steps and we have received their fee.

The process for registering your guest is simple.  The parent of your guest will need to create a family account if they do not already have one.  Then they
can Add a child (your child's guest) to their family account by selecting 'My Family Account' from the right side of the dashboard.  Next, click on 'Please add a child'.  Complete the form and save by selecting the 'Create' button.  The last step is to register the child (guest) for the Prom event.

Q> I registered and paid for one of my two children. However I could not register and pay for my other child.  I logged out and logged back in but it still would not let me register another person. Could you help me with this matter?

A> The system does not limit the number of children that you can add.   Make sure that you set yourself up as the Parent and established a Family Account.  You can Add a child by logging on to your Family account and selecting 'My Family Account' from the right side of the dashboard.  Next, click on 'Please add a child'.  Complete the form and save by selecting the 'Create' button.

Q> I try to add a child and get an error that reads:

'This email is already associated with an account on this site....'

A> When you first create your family account, the PARENT must enter their information first.  After that, the parent will have the option to add children to the family account.  Your family account was most likely created using the child's information instead of the Parent.  There are two solutions:

1)  Notify us and we will delete the account so that you can re-enter using the parent information and then add the children.

2)  Proceed with adding the child and DO NOT complete the email field.
